ПИРОГЕНАЛ В ПСИХИАТРИИ, НЕВРОЛОГИИ И НАРКОЛОГИИ: ИСТОРИЯ, МЕХАНИЗМЫ ЛЕЧЕБНОГО ВОЗДЕЙСТВИЯ И РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ

Аннотация


Цель исследования. Представить исторический обзор о применении пиротерапии с использованием пирогенала в психиатрии, наркологии и неврологии, как советской, так и постсоветской, и западной, об исторических показаниях для его применения, гипотезах о его механизмах действия, о доказательной базе для его применения.

Методология проведения работы. Авторами был проведен поиск литературы о пиротерапии с использованием пирогенала, о механизмах её действия и смежных концепциях в библиотеке медицинского факультета Тель-Авивского университета и в библиотеке Ставропольского государственного медицинского университета, а также в PubMed. Найденные в результате этого поиска исторические литературные данные и представлены в настоящей статье. Кроме того, представлены также два клинических случая эффективности пиротерапии с использованием пирогенала, известные авторам.

Результаты. Полученные нами в результате данного обзора литературы и рассмотрения клинических случаев данные свидетельствуют о том, что от пиротерапии (в том числе с использованием пирогенала), как метода преодоления резистентности к психофармакотерапии, отказываться преждевременно, и что этот метод в 21-м веке нуждается в возрождении на новых, современных принципах и основаниях.

Область применения результатов. Полученные нами результаты могут применяться в психиатрии, наркологии и неврологии, прежде всего в терапевтически резистентной субпопуляции больных.
