Restructuring in the middle-sized bakery company is analyzed. It shows significant growth of economic indicators of the enterprise, it can be concluded about the efficiency of outsourcing to increase profits.

The necessity to improve the economic efficiency of the enterprise on the basis of reengineering mechanisms and conditions of subcontracting, outsourcing and outstaffing of non-production departments: logistics, accounting, cleaning departments.
