Аннотация


Электронный документооборот используется в проектировании, производстве и продаже промышленных товаров. Необходимость разработки современных автоматизированных информационных систем обусловлена огромным количеством документов, хранятся и обрабатываются. В статье обсуждаются вопросы построения таких сложных систем электронного документооборота в их взаимодействии с информационными системами компании каталоги продукции и других видов электронных документов. Эти системы разработаны для решения ряда задач, таких как обеспечение быстрого доступа к информации, хранения и защиты документов, управления потоком документов, и т.д. Мы описываем математическую модель для электронных каталогов в виде графика. На основании задача коммивояжера Задача оптимизации проекта уже было сказано. Авторы описывают эффект совместного применения электронных каталогов продукции и систем управления документами в компании.
