THE PREPARATION OF MANAGING STAFF IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE SYSTEM PSYCHOLOGICAL PRACTICE OF HIGHER PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION

Аннотация


The article is devoted to the problem of preparation of managering staff in the sphere of education under the condition of reforming of Russian system of higher school and the global financial-economical crisis. On the base of work studying psychological component in preparation managers of education and search of new approaches to psychological practice of Higher education were put. The strategy of Russian educative policy is ensuring of quality of education on bases of keeping its fundamentness and innovations, correspondence to resource opportunities of a personality and demands of society and state. The important task of higher professional education is elaboration and introduction of mechanisms for supporting quality of preparation of managering staff. In the article the development of a person is examined through professional self-determination and mastering, that cause the importance of work for creating the system of career management and psychological accompaniment of students at all stages of institute teaching in questions of right professional choice and career. With the help of the system of career management at the Institute, the quality of forming a future specialist is suggested to improve under market conditions with activization of creative abilities of students; methodical organizing and psychological support of students wishing to realize their new ideas and projects in scientific - research innovative sphere is ensured; to increase competitive power of graduates on the base of competentive approach, by way of creating educative environment for ensuring forming and development of a personality of professional at any stage of his/her professional mastering.
