Аннотация


В статье рассматриваются основные причины для проведения эффективной реинжиниринг бизнес-процессов на предприятиях хлебопекарной; Предложены метод оценки целесообразности реинжиниринга бизнес-процессов, метод иррационального бизнес-процессов обнаружения, метод оценки эффективности бизнес-процессов реинжиниринга на хлебопекарные предприятия.
