LEARNING-STYLE INCLUSIVE EDUCATION AS PROSPECTS FOR IMPROVING UNIVERSITY TEACHING

Аннотация


Purpose. The article proposes the prospects of improving university education by means of considering individual cognitive styles and forming individual style of cognitive activity of students using electronic technologies. Literature review. The most influential foreign and domestic works on cognitive and learning styles are examined in search of ideas available and useful for the practice of university education. Findings. Definition of the individual style of cognitive activity and its structure are given, the instruments for its develo-ping are presented. Practical limitations and implications. The forming of the individual style of cognitive activity causes some problems in the practice of university education, but the author found a way of their solution. Value. This paper discusses one of the available ways of improving teaching and students' academic progress.
