Аннотация

A solvency of any doctrine can be proved only by convergence of expected and actual results. There exists a paradoxical situation in psychology. Doctrines become more and more numerous, and not each of them can prove its solvency. Therefore we have analyzed motivation of sportsmen with various perso-nality structure. Purpose and methods. The main aim of our research consists in estimating a solvency of the doctrine named as PT+ТC (Personality type and type of character). We are interested in convergence of predicted and actual behaviour motives in the most widespread alternative real life situations. One of the main tasks for a trainer is forecasting the behaviour of sportsmen. It is necessary to know what motives induce the sportsmen to sports activity and whether they will induce them to further achievement, mastereship improvement. It is also important to know, how motives change with years. While selecting sportsmen into professional team, they have to pass tests for motivational dominants in order to select sportsmen with suitable life priorities for success, achievement, self-realisation. In this study we have indentified the link between the motivation with personality structure and the age of sportsmen. Results. We have presented the formula of forecasting in motivational hierarchy of people with different personality structure and age. In order to forecast the change in motivatio-nal sphere of an athlete it is necessary to test him or her under the offered doctrine on personality structure and also the age of athletes is to be taken into consideration. The motivational hierarchy is presented for each type according to the offered his or her personality structure and for each age.
