Аннотация


Электросудорожная терапия (ЭСТ) является высокоэффективным и безопасным методом лечения психических заболеваний, особенно расстройств аффективной сферы. Однако её применение может быть сопряжено с развитием когнитивных нарушений (КН), в частности нарушений памяти, что снижает как терапевтическую эффективность ЭСТ, так и комплаентность больных к ней. В силу этого, минимизация КН имеет важное значение в практике ЭСТ, как для повышения её терапевтической эффективности, так и для повышения комплаентности больных. В настоящем обзоре, в его второй части, мы рассматриваем различные факторы, влияющие на выраженность КН при ЭСТ, и различные методы их минимизации, как связанные с техникой проведения ЭСТ, так и медикаментозные.
